At FAKUMA 2026, REA Elektronik is presenting the REA LASER ExtruMark 200: a mobile, scalable solution for inline laser marking of extruded plastic pipes and profiles. Moving on casters according to the "Plug & Play" principle, the system processes diameters from 5 to 200 mm in a securely shielded laser cabin (Class 1). Through engraving or color-enhancement techniques, it marks material specifications, batch numbers, logos, and 2D codes – completely without ink, labels, or solvents. This technology directly addresses the growing demand for traceability and compliance with the Digital Product Passport (DPP).

Depending on the application, the ExtruMark 200 can be combined with CO₂, fiber, or UV lasers, as well as inkjet modules and code verification systems. Thanks to its low-maintenance design and rapid integration into existing production lines, manufacturers significantly reduce consumable-related costs and minimize downtime. The system provider thus positions the solution as a future-proof component for continuous industrial operations.

Alongside laser marking, REA is demonstrating joint applications with Dr. Boy injection molding machines: A spoon-fork combination is marked directly on-site, while at the "Electric Barista" exhibit, a plastic cup is laser-marked, filled, and handed over by a robot. The exhibition stand rounds out the portfolio with further digital marking solutions for thermoplastics, duroplastics, and elastomers.

REA Elektronik will be present at FAKUMA 2026 from October 12 to 16 at the Friedrichshafen Exhibition Grounds: Hall A7, Booth A7-7106.
